My roofing supplier (not HD or another big box store) gave me one 20 years ago and even though I've done 20-30 roofs I still keep it with me (in the car) whenever I do a roof.I'll look for it and post the actual name, it's probably still boxed up from the move.all cash

The seller was selling it as a three unit, but when we did the due diligence for our buyer we found the zoning issue and re-priced the offer.Assuming that it is ok zoning wise it may be hard to use the same units for college and vacation units unless you store the furnishings during the school year as the college students would most likely wear out the furnishings.Good Luck

There are people there who can truely say life is hard but in our country the poor people(welfare) are fat and oppulent have TV's Cars homes to live in more than enough food their children get a free education.....they are not not skinny and withering away .I'm just saying keep things in proper perspective.

Actually doing it this way you can avoid putting a deposit down because the seller feels that escrow means the deal is done.Ok so you can go to your local real estate servicing store to get contractsHere in calif it is CAR forms Calif assoc Realtors or SAR SAcramento assoc realtorsForms are all over the internet tooJust read em real carefull from your opponents view point and mind set.And be sure to give yourself a way out that is fool proof.now take nikes advice
