In my mind, Real Estate Agents are like the people trying to be Sports stars.In a VERY crowded field, only about 1% will be extremely successful.50% will not be in the business in a few years and 49% will wind up making a living but not being that "Superstar".One BIG obstacle is that Agents/Brokers work on commission.

Since larger deals typically are a team sport, the combined liquidity, net worth and credit is what gets a deal done. 

Or maybe while I'm at it I should have Marty McFly go to the future and get me a sports almanac so I don't have to worry about money at all.
