It is a very active convention destination and it is also the sports capital of the country with the Indy 500, Brickyard 500, NCAA Finals, The Indianapolis Colts, Indianapolis Pacers not to mention the hospitals and univerities.

I do find the blockchain technology extremely useful for some applications and has benefits but "investing" in virtual real estate is more like gambling if you ask me.

I just got a new client who's prior CPA fraudulently made up $30k of expenses anually against their $3k a year of sport coaching income in a partnership on which he used himself (the CPA) and the 2nd owner to allow a partnesrhip. 

It feels a little bit like a gamble. 

If you want to buy an apartment complex with one formula to start though, you might as well be gambling… and flying to Vegas is a lot easier than buying real estate.#7A mastery of numbers is useless without an ability to communicate findings.

My uncle personally has a few cash flowing rentals that at the time of purchase he got at a good price before major market changes, and even through the overall loss of value in his doors they still maintain a higher growth potential just with the cities intense influx of people, organizations, sports teams ETC...Hope that's in some way helpful!

Its a gamble, but I think rates will moderate so when you transfer them to the LLC you might be able to get better rates on the commercial loans when you refinance during the Title transfer.
