You are not required to provide anything UNLESS it's spelled out in the lease/rental agreement.Personally, I furnish a fridge & stove.

Lower rents coupled with a higher payment would spell trouble. 

"Based on the realities we actually live in"  seems to presuppose that the realities spelled out in biblical history are somehow different than our current reality and I strongly disagree.Also your declaration that "The biblical value of Pi is wrong, the world wasn't created in 7 days, evolution happened"   is your personal opinion and one not shared universally. 

I don't believe it should be the main business model.I often wholesale property, but its significantly spelled out and disclosed, and I only do this if I believe I can solve the homeowners problem and have a high probability of success.

I spelled Beretta wrong in my previous post and was going to correct it, but the edit function is MIA.

You can't leave phone numbers oe email addresses in your initial communications; ABnB automatically scrubs your messages.I got around the phone number issue by spelling out the numbers, but even then communicating with the hosts was a huge hassle...
