Does anyone know where I could find this or a similar overview for property owners?

We have a property management company in New Jersey where we make some of our best clients hundreds of thousands of dollars between helping them force appreciation, increase cash flow, finding them deals etc.

This would increase the benefit to where the fee would not be so outrageous that it would hinder the investment.

Where would you start with a process like this.

Realistically, to make the business work, they are hoping all the people who are using the "free services" to eventually go into banking where they can collect fees for anything bank related.

How do I manage this without having to go to the house in situations where the tenant may not be home?
