Property is worth around 1.2 to rebuild. 

Granted that is higher than other cheaper ones out there, but I feel it is worth it.

Welcome as well and I agree with @Nathan Gesner that you want to be real clear on why you are getting your license and whether it's worth it.

I have a saying, maybe I stole it from some other smart sage, can't remember, but: "An ounce of action is worth a pound of theory".

Is it worth keeping then?

It will take extra work at first, but the payoff can be well worth it if you’re up for the challenge.I won't sugarcoat it—BRRRR isn't easy, especially when you're juggling everything else in life.

Two years has passed and all the properties are worth even more now.  

 - my belief is investing 10% of net worth in syndications is investing too much in syndications even if this is across multiple syndications

If I was the owner I would be asking why is it not published in the NY times, or other publications that have high net worth individuals.
