Not sure if your property is in that area as you are a bit West.

For example, I mention that every adult must pay a $30 application fee, pass my credit/criminal background, make a combined income of 3x the rent, and whether or not the property accepts pets.

With a short sale, will the lender of the property pay for the commission of the buyers real estate agent?

We are looking to add 1-2 more lenders that we can broker with that specialize in STR properties.
