Yes, you should add your fee on top but make sure you have a marketing clause in your P&S Agreement with the seller allowing you to promote it.

I have 4 STR/MTR's here in San Antonio and I receive bookings through all the OTA's along side with repeat guest referrals.

We do get referrals at this point - about 20% of our bookings are just people talking about us through our personal network or past tenants.
