I live in Kailua on Oahu where the president is from and visits often.

In the 20th century, the United States endured two world wars and other traumatic and expensive military conflicts; the Depression; a dozen or so recessions and financial panics; oil shocks; a fly epidemic; and the resignation of a disgraced president.

It partially who wins the next Presidency.

I have squatters in a house next to mine and neither neighborhood association president, nor police, nor code enforcement has been able to get them out.

Do you claim to know how the market and our economy will react to a President Trump?

In terms of reviewing applications, running bkgd checks, and creating a lease that works for me, I feel that I can handle all that (I have a little experience since I was the condo assoc president for a couple years).

I once sued an HOA President in small claims court (no luck with the cops because they said the HOA had too long a history of "casual" bookkeeping & monitoring practices).

I had several bank presidents from smaller banks tell me that they were not interested in financing it.  

New president, ok, is that going to impact our blue collar, hard working families needing a good place to live, safe, convenient, decent schools...hardly.
