If you can physically visit the hotel, I'd just drop by, pick up the brochure for the hotel, look at the name plates, or maybe just ask the concierge.

I think that for many of us, property represents a physical constraint that imposes on our freedom to move from city to city or country to country in many cases.On the other hand, the financials of home ownership are so clearly stacked in favor of owning vs renting, that Millennials want to own for THAT reason.

I just default back to what I do were I can open escrow without a contract and with a phone call.. but that's because of the volume of bizz I do with title company .. and our title plants are digital.. so running a title search is not as big an issue like it is in many east coast states I work in.. were they have to actually hire a title abstractor to physically pull title.. ( old school :))

You also want rents rising annually instead of every 3 years like national tenants so you can extract maximum rent if they go out early.Weaker tenants free rent if the tenant spends the money for TI is better because if they go out you are not out that physical money.

Most only show partial information and you have to go physically to the court house (or hire someone) to get the rest of the info and print out pages if necessary,  If you cannot find it on the website call the offices.
