We really took the bull by the horns on this one and patched our way through 😅 but I would LOVE some recommendations for a Tax Specialist, lender, and other important people throughout this journey!

I would not buy a new vehicle just to get a write off - Only if you planned to get a new car anyway(I.E. if your old car is worn out).A lot of people are focused on deducitons but not focused on the income coming in / out.Best of luck!

Everyone I have ever talked to (and I know a lot of people in the industry) has only said bad things about those guys.  

Dumb Debt also means that the owner takes on recourse debt and personally guarantees it instead of non-recourse debt or other people’s debt (OPD) or cross collateralizes it with highly appreciated assets with low debt to value ratios.

I’m working on scaling my multifamily portfolio as well, and I’m always looking for sharp, motivated people to collaborate with.
