Perhaps they deliver on that promise, in your opinion - perhaps they don't.

It would be a breach of contract if you are unable to deliver ownership at the end though and I think you'll need it subdivided to do that.I would also contact a local lawyer.

Many of their concierge services such as turn down or delivering packages into your apartment are on hold for now.

If you've delivered a lease to the new tenant and they've signed and paid (there can be no legal contract without exchange of real and valuable goods and services), that person can sue you for performance and costs.

Its VERY common to have the deposit check scheduled to be delivered ~5 days after the contract is signed.
