If you've paid your debt to society, shouldn't you be allowed to become a productive member of it?

Why should someone who's paid their debt to society be forever stripped of their rights, to include the access to housing?

Increased rental competition and letting people who want to rent have better access to SFH is really positive for our economy and society. 

I say go for it. if your a go getter and motivated and a person that is not afraid of work, you can succeed at a part timer. anyways with modern technology, no one will know your a part-timer. you can call buyers, agents, brokers, anytime of day and they will not know that your doing it while working another job at the same time.

The more modern view among experts, because of some statute changes and other reasons, is that if you are in exclusive possession at the time of the tax deed, you can quiet title immediately.
