Yes it's a little onerous to get started, but the guests or a better class than my Airbnb guests for the most part. 

This is a great example of why the sponsor is an integral part: "it all starts with a good sponsor", but the deals matter too.

Buyers don't look for financing and its foreign so they don't jump on a forsale listing on zillow.I've had the best (only) luck with zillow rental adds,   starting with the pitch;  rent to own, live in a great home while you pay off owning it.

Everyone does that a little when starting out but statically speaking spreading effort into multiple markets is not the best use of your time.

I've started, grown & sold 4 companies over the last 15 years (two PE exits).

I am not sure since I am not an FHA lender.Since the whole thing started because of the appraisal value, I believe the deal is not even amazing, that buyers will ignore strings attached.
