Even in states that say you can't deny based on someone's immigration status, still let you have criteria of a credit score of XXX, from my understanding.  

For new immigrants and foreign students, I sent them to the local Chase bank, where it was easy for them to get an account.

Legal immigrants to the US can get drivers licenses, social security cards, and have been vetted before coming to the U.S.

The only reason the population has increased is due to birth and immigration from other countries.

I love how everyone in areas like my state wants to help out the homeless, help illegal immigrants, increase welfare, increase incentives not to work, are content with running deficits & want to give free college to everyone.

D class is mostly welfare, Section 8, new immigrants etc live.
