Background: My wife came from homelessness and was driven to earn her doctorate.

Notwithstanding homeless people and vagrants hanging out. 

I just started a non-profit in Massachusetts that will provide shared housing for individuals that would otherwise be homeless.  

And reduce the homeless rate.

In addition I will ask the developer to dry and make the manufactured home less manufactured as possible and closer to stick built SFR homes.

What got me started thinking along these lines is I was told that my boat does not qualify as a legal residence, and technically by the letter of the law I am homeless (albeit quite comfortable so please no pity here)I am wondering what options are available to me in order to be able to make something like that happen?

Is there a nighttime homeless problem in the neighborhood with trespassers snoozing on the property making the renters feel uncomfortable.Good Luck!
