I went through a divorce didn't get back together but I can celebrate when someone else does.

Perhaps this will categorize me as a "hater" but if I inherit 500,000 don't be surprised or celebrate the fact that I will buy 100 units in the next 18 months. 

Good thing was I also convinced 3 more people to jump in with me so we can collectively celebrate the success some day, and just root for it together.

Not sure there’s all that much to celebrate because you were able to obtain a property that would otherwise have sold for $95,000 cash sale, $100,000 with conventional 25% down financing, $110,000 with 10%down seller financing, for $120,000 no cash.

My wife enjoys decorating the house for the seasons.She listens to me talk about commercial real estate investments and development and is interested but likes doing her own stuff.There are teams out there that both love real estate and other partners who find joy and currency in many other different things.I celebrate the differences as it is another unique angle in life to experience and enjoy.The big question is if your girlfriend is okay with having 3 tenants living next door to her?
