Or perhaps I should just start bugging the planning office to see what I can find out direct in the first instance...Part of our property is sloped & as such I think we'll need some engineering time in order to get the build right (and also I want to add some decking out over the slope for the main house).The numbers all look good, we should be able to finance it easily enough with a Heloc or similar so now just pondering the best way to jump in!

We’ve had a few applicants that we approved, but something happens when we are about to sign a lease (guy gets drunk right before lease signing, girl doesn’t file notice to move and is stuck for 3 more months, etc).After coming to conclusion about my strategy going forward, I want my money to work hard for me and to be turned over multiple times throughout the year.

I've recently offered a lease renewal to my 3 roommate tenants - 2 of which have been living together for years - and It's just now come up that the two (girls) that have been roommates for years don't necessarily like living with their newer (guy) roommate, and would prefer if he left.
