You expect a V-shaped recovery, you might as well expect Copeland's going to blow away the virus with the breath of God. 

In those 5 years, I have had exactly ZERO viruses, and I do not run anti-virus software and never have. 

In my opinion hustle culture is a virus and is so obnoxious to the point that I'd actually say I resent it.

Obviously more densely-populated urban centers have been more affected than other places by the virus.

They seem to operate a bit like the stock market... they can get spooked by world events and need time to settle back into certain products that to us seem "normal".I went to another bank we use and where they hold one of our mortgages and they said, "We have the product, we just aren't writing it right now"... which leads me to believe it's a pretty standard pullback given the concerns over how the corona virus will impact any particular market segment.  

@Luke Ski in my opinion our economy was in pretty good shape pre Corona virus.

Yeah, yeah, he could have done things better, faster, but I actually thought he did have a valid point about the flu statistics, etc. 

Trying to raise it to $800 just to break even, but with the virus situation I put the increase on hold for now.

A virus makes it dangerous for people to travel or share homes and you lose money.Suck it up, Buttercup.

Ask that the $1200 government virus check or whatever amount they are getting be given to you for rent when they get it in a few weeks.
