In the spirit of "I've finally resigned myself to the fact that AppFolio has me by the balls and I'm trying to do everything that we can directly in AppFolio" I'm embarking on a journey to set up inventory management in our shop storage racks and managed in AppFolio.

Do you use any other data sights that might help determining accurate numbers? 

My concern is if they have a data breach.

I would recommend start going to see properties about 6 months before you are ready to pull the trigger, maybe starting with open housesand finally....

And it feels great to finally be cash rich and not just house rich and cash poor which is what I was for the longest time growing that portfolio.   

Where I am, the legal newspapers publish probate data daily and it's online which makes it very easy.

I pull up all units tax links on GIS, but no data attached.
