There is extra sleeping in the twin-sized daybed in the foyer area or on the comfortable sleeper sofa the Wild Dunes Golf Resort, located just 20 minutes from historic Charleston!

The truth is that many mini-split brands now have good support and available parts for any needed maintenance/repairs should you need them. 

I was already on track to retire at 49 (2022) and decided to buy a vacation rental in my town in 2020 for something to do, extra income and appreciation but also as overflow for friends and family to visit.  

What you're looking for is perfect for a homeowner or someone that wants to live there, but all those extra amenities (doorman, etc) are too costly for you to make any profit. 

Don't ask me for a bunch of extra stuff that doesn't create value for anyone. 

The lakefront is amazing by itself, but you can consider adding thoughtful extras to enhance the experience.

Depending on the nature of that LLC you could have gone ahead and taken out the new loan in your name and saved yourself all of that extra expense. 

And we’ll have extra bedrooms at approximately 16 x 16 each, which will have outside doors.
