Hi Guys...I read the book...and I loved it... there are some great insights in there...from the website, I sent an inquiry for the coaching program...I had a call from someone who scheduled a phone call with what he called "program director"I've just finished the call with that guy who appeared to me like a salesman who tried aggressively to sell me the program on spot for $ 4,899.He tried to embarrass me by making me feel that if didn't pay immediately, then I'm not serious about the coaching, I'm chickening out and accordingly I'll never be rich having this attitude...he tried to sell me a service that looked very vague to me!!

Is there any chance I can get a loan with my problems due to the strength of my guarantor or is it futile and I should just get a new job, wait a few years until my credit is 700+ and then attempt to get started.I'm more nervous than anything about spending countless hours underwriting a deal, spending money on due diligence and asking my guarantor to spend time applying for the loan, only to be embarrassed when I get turned down.
