FHA is tough on a few things like "Chipped paint" any signs of chipped paint will stop financing and need to be addressed (Painted), Loose or missing hand railings, Water damage, Mold, Termites, Outdated electrical or any wiring that is exposed.FHA will also stop you dead in your tracks if the appraisal shows anything that is considered a "hazard or safety issue" and must be fixed.

I also redid all the plumbing, electrical, and painted the entire place.

Im pretty sure it will need new hardscape, electrical upgrade, flooring, demo , hvac and new kithcne and bathrooms. 

The home, previously owned by an electrician, was still inexplicably an electrical nightmare.

So I was looking for a quick/responsible person/family to rent and take very good care of the house and treat it as his/hers,if you can promise us that you are going to take very good care of the house you have no problem with us.The house is located at ( 156XX 60th Ave N, Plymouth, MN 55XX ). 3beds 1baths The rent is $800 security deposit payment to move in asap is $700,Attn : The rent are including the Utilities are intact such as Dishwasher,Dryer, Electric Stove, Fridge, Washer,Air Condition,Sewage,Trash,all included in the monthly rent,as i am in a governmental programmer that sponsors my utilities on monthly basis etc..

My W2 career pays well but leaves me exhausted with little energy for my family which doesn't feel good.

Gas heat access is better than electric for example if you have a choice.
