Hopefully I can quite my full time job in a year or two and just work in real estate which has always been my dream...

I thought I might try to get involved with real estate to help fund my dreams.

Is there a website which will layout the Tax Liens for sale or was that just a pipe dream to get easy money from those seeking knowledge? 

The standard 'investor/handyman dream' deal, just needs a little TLC, etc.  850 sq ft roughly. 

If the accuracy of listing, maybe the pictures look TOO amazing relative to the interior when they arrive (this can happen if you have a great photographer who is shooting it like a dream property.)Someone else said to always exceed expectations.

Ideally, a 2-4 unit in great shape, under 100k around the Houston or surrounding area (a guy can dream right lol)?

My dreams are noble and simple, not very risky (maybe).

Do whatever it takes if it is your dream and goal.  50 hours day job/50 hours real estate investing. 

Reason - wife is done w/ tract home living - liquidate all  -  buy her dream land and build our home now w/ late research!
