They have also disconnected the electricity and Water is still on.Since I have in writing (email) that he has moved out,1) Should I go ahead and change the locks. 2) How about the deposit and rest of the contract (which I'm least worried about)3) What do I do with furniture that is inside.My property manager is saying we will wait for few weeks and if we don't end up hearing back, we can get the furniture moved out.Any help would be appreciated.Thanks!

Depending on how bad is the foundation state (how many inches you have to correct), is very possible the sewer line will disconnect/break in the horizontal portions.

I've got a HELOC without any income qualification just on the basis of appraisal.....but my house was free and clear and the HELOC is a first lien position.Also, I've got less than 50% of the appraisal on that LOC.That was 4 years ago with Citizens Bank....not sure if they still do it - when I referred my client a year later, they said they disconnect this product.
