Especially since testing your market is a huge part of starting out, I'd love to hear what you find works for you.

Each county and city has their own point of sale requirements and many of the water/sewer districts have requirements for sewer lateral tests and clearances so you need to make sure who ever helps you is aware of ALL of the paperwork that needs to be in perfect order, not just the contract.

It can be good to mix and match a bit to test what ends up being more effective.

So best to figure that out first with a little test run.

You will pay more for this but its also tested to meet that +130 mph winds which is key. 

I ran a stress test at a 10% drop in rents and it was still positive cash flow (barely).

@Joe Splitrock, as a test, I installed a  Ring doorbell at my house this past weekend. 

Then use a Dremel/file/grinder to slowly grind away the material to match my template line....go slow and creep up on the fit with frequent test fitting.

The current owner rented the house after she moved out but did NOT get it tested for lead and did NOT register the house with the county, both of which are against the law.
