I have several properties now that the office is closed on Monday or Wednesday during the week as an 'office day' .Depending on when the property is closing out their accounting month, that would be a busy day also.

This is one reason I always advocate commercial loans (where the loan officer has a little more say and flexibility) and using the same bank as much as possible, so your relationship can give sway when less desirable situations arrive.
