In your opinion, what are the benefits and risks of private money lending compared to traditional financing?

I’ve been investing and wholesaling here for ~7 years, it’s a great spot in my opinion.

I think people are blowing it out of proportion. 2, it will eliminate weak agents from markets (In my Opinion)

@Carlos ScarperoI also recommend reviewing the CFPB opinion recently published on land contractsTo me I see no benefit anymore with land contracts as many states will require you to foreclose.

It sounds like the inspector found quite a bit of "delayed maintenance" in the one unit...that usually means the whole building has much maintenance that has been postponed...again, ask your agent if the deal is worth the risk in their opinion (and why) to get the really good location.Let us know what you decide, and how it turns out. 

In turn our revenue has increased by about 18% so far.In my opinion, your specific market and your pricing strategy are going to determine these statistics more than the overall sentiment about AirBnB or the other booking platforms.
