What kind of loan were you applying for?

I’m sure they have people who do that kind of thing as part of their job description. 

I've got a long enough history with LTRs to know that generally you don't want tenants doing more or less anything because it's amazing how little common sense a lot of people have, and this translates into not asking guests to do chores because 1) they've paid a cleaning fee, 2) it's a vacation even if it's a home, and 3) guests that do chores might just put dirty towels back on shelves and dirty dishes back in cabinets. 

What kind of software do you use if you don't like to drive for dollars  ?

My understanding of the current text messaging compliance is that it's OK to send unsolicited texts as long as you don't use some kind of software/automated technology.

My questions are: 1) Is this a common concept in commercial properties that the tenant is responsible to repair, maintain, and replace anything in their leased space regardless of the cause?

MInut has a low average review (mid-3s I think) on Amazon which is a bit of a red flag. 1 per room at a total of $60/month sounds excessive for something that is not likely to be a common occurrence. 

Second, the building code, IRC/IBC, defines a townhouse as zero lot line (zero setback) homes that are on their own separate parcels and share a common wall.
