Just hand out 400k to the charities.

The money is nice and I am comfortable but I feel leaving a positive imprint on the world is worth more than dollar bills.I have ultra high net worth clients 25M net worth or more and most are just down to Earth people who have foundations and charities.

I also lead a 550+ member real estate investing group, and I will be speaking on Tuesday evening (March 1st) about an awesome project called "Flipping For Charity"...if you are in town that day!  

Thanksgiving is a day of charity as well.I am very thankful for many things, my rewards, my family, friends but most of all my good health that has carried me this far. 

But, while I deeply believe in being a generous giver, I'm still my own favorite charity, you know?  

All profit goes to charity. 

No one was injured and the family had raised close to 50K in charities.  

Operating a charity is also a business and also must be treated like one.

But people who makes enough money usually expand their business and build charities.
