These sellers can be more critical of everything you do i.e. the property description posted, choice of images to upload, frequency and time of open houses, negotiations etc. 2.

Even though you are the only post that seems to advocating purchase, i lean toward purchase.

I've seen you post a few times about 70% max leverage but 75% is widely available, at lease with non-conventional 30Y DSCR loans.
