Over the weekend I received a call from the husband saying his wife has done some illegal activity (not inside the condo) and she was arrested for this.

The police are not arresting or ticketing anyone that I know of for social distancing or having a gathering, but they have asked people to stop.

Would you be concerned that her arrest may affect her credit?

They're not setting you up for a lawsuit or an arrest.

If this guy is telling the truth someone needs to be getting arrested for fraud, and in any case you are losing a boatload of money. 

There are plenty of people who have been arrested and subsequently without proper legal counsel they ended up locked up....even though the entire time they were innocent.......not saying most are innocent but a fair amount have been my man.In any case, I'm not a politician so i don't know why some house hackers or Section 8 are exempt from the new law,....but I have a theory....Perhaps this is a way for politicians to "encourage" people to be more open minded about taking on tenants with a Section 8 voucher.

Who have you ever heard of getting arrested for entering a house to view it for 10 minutes without causing vandalism?

I think he may have been arrested or something..
