I mean, I'm hard pressed to understand why anyone would install LP in a place where the lowest recorded temperature ever is only 5°F. 

I just want to stress the importance of making sure that your paperwork is in order, because tenants will press you and they will see how far you will let them go.

In addition, a more pressing concern is that I simply would not want to live in the 4 plexes I see ie bad neighborhood, too small of units, located in tornado alley, etc.
