You get the benefits of anonymity with the Land Trust and you can further solidify your asset protection strategy by having the beneficial ownership interest in the Trust owned by let's say a Nevada or Wyoming Holding LLC.

You will want to set up an LLC taxed as an S-corp (you can do an anonymous WY LLC), although some say use C-corp but no idea why really, and another an anonymous LLC taxed as a disregarded entity.

First by owning one LLC with another you can create anonymity in ownership to a limited degree.

But you can either create a multi member LLC instead or have your single member LLC owned by a holding LLC in a better state like WY that will also give you anonymity.
