Have you had to fill out the new disclosures on your jobs?

After she received the stop worker order she stopped responding and pulled all of the contractors who were working on the job.

One contractor, who was recommended to me, left the job about 60% complete and has gone MIA.

Honestly anyone that falls for it did not do a good job at researching and just "pushed it in".

I've put up with them because they do a decent job keeping the place rented and I have a near perfect reviews on AirBnB.

Right now we are starting to see inventory increase and the job market starting to take a hit.To me it’s an affordability issue.
