No one can say with any accuracy, but its the kind of thing you really don't want to mess with.

I'm not sure about the data or accuracy.

They have pretty poor customer service, long lead times for payoff demands (up to a month, in some cases), and have had serious accuracy issues in the past couple years.

And verify the property tax bill by checking the tax assessor's website; because the MLS always has a disclaimer as to accuracy of nay numbers being given.My guess as to why it is still on the market: owner paid heat, due to only one central heating system - and if you find that the heating fuel is oil, you have another knock against this property.

One of the bigger issues with them however is they do not have any VRBO or HomeAway data to compliment it so if your area is more VRBO-centric the accuracy may or may not be that great.

I am always skeptical of the accuracy of any website/app that spits outs a fair market rent based on just a few parameters.

Again, since I haven't been there/haven't seen pictures I can't speak to the accuracy of the estimated repair costs.

Rentometer.com hit the crap because they're requiring you have membership to make more than 10 rent rates...It used to be a free platform and now they converted to a subscription that I'm not willing to pay- anybody know any other sites that portray somewhat accuracy such as rentometer?
