Just make sure you have a great person that is trustworthy, transparent and knowledgable on the ground. it can be a realtor, contractor, another investor, etc.....but that is the key piece and the value that i bring here

Nor do I understand how you can be neither GP nor LP, unless the syndication is organized as an LLC, at which point we'd be using and discussing different terminology.Your best bet is to ask your current professionals, unless their knowledge or ability to advise in laymen's terminology is lacking, at which point a change may be in order.Their are many professionals active on this sub-forum at a variety of price points.
