I think as the crowdfunding sites grow, they will eventually hit a 'consolidation' wave where one or two buy out the rest and then you will be in a competitive oligopoly to which you could see all those metrics you want in just a few sites....maybe, someday?

Then when down turn happens they are flush with cash when lending reduces or dries up and can scoop up properties cheap and ride the next wave up to sell.

I use a free app called Wave which allows me to do necessary accounting. it automatically downloads bank transactions and I then categorize them. it also provides income statement balance sheet etc. you do need to spend some time categorizing, but it only takes a few seconds per transaction.

@Collette Douglas FWIW, I just got a quote for a property in Wareham MA in a VE 20 flood zone for $5,800.00.FYI, VE means "velocity", for wind or wave-driven water. 20 means 20 feet, which is the height of the 100 year flood.
