Have been searching here with no results.Maybe someone can help me out.I am looking for a company or a solution to be able to input a bunch of addresses and the software/company/service will pull a map, a google street photo and a quick zestimate value of the home and then insert my basic letterAny ideas or suggestions will be greatly appreciatedThanks

I made a career change to real estate after years in high tech consulting and software.  

I wanted to know what happen to the BP beta software that was going to allow us to track and manage deals?

I plan to use some sort of property management software solution like "mylandlordhelper.com" but really, I am looking for suggestions.

Only issue is that they do not have any accounting software integrated.

Replacement Cost values themselves are derived using appraisal software by your Agent and the Insurance Company, or an appraiser, but they are not market value estimates, they are reconstruction cost estimates.

@Santiago LozanoHR Block tax software is great if your tax profile is simple(W-2 and maybe some interest/dividends).
