You might want to look a bit further north in south glens falls, hudson fall and fort edward.  

My real estate investment game plan is to purchase a single family home in the Riverside/ San Bernardino area with as little leverage as possible; I've come to the conclusion that low leverage pairs beautifully with my inexperience.
