If your state landlord tenant regulations do not indicate a landlord may charge for his time then all landlord time (office, overall management, physical labour etc.) is considered to be part of the operation of the business and is compensated for through the investment income.

Additionally, you cannot receive funds outside of escrow....another indicator of fraud. 

The first section indicates that the bank account be specific for that purpose, i.e. security deposits.

It was a good indicator of how they treat people and provide service.

The score is simply a statistical summery indicating a indivulaes probability of defaulting on money owed.Since a landlord is usually the first in line to be defaulted on I base a great deal of importance on credit scores the same as financial institutions.  

All indications is that it will become a buyers market soon.

Long story short I get a phone call from my mason indicating the owner is likely suing him.
