Home can very easily be converted to duplex.

My inclination was to sign up to get the systems in place so I can easily grow into them, but it didn't seem to provide enough benefit to justify the associated costs. 

This was before the days of getting on your computer and easily finding out who owns the property. 

That money can easily vanish with a single oversight. 

This should be easily understood, signed by all parties, and not contradict any information in the lease. 

It is a strong and versatile program, and it can more easily provide you with any list you want for larger properties and MF owners (among other asset classes).

I prefer Ring since it does a good job and you can easily purchase it at Costco.   

I want LONG term tenants and I dont do anything different on rent increases or any other factors that wouldn't be done in a 12 month lease- if they want to leave, be straight up with me..... if you are a PITA, I can easily get rid of you.

It’s not perfect but it does offer State by State leases and the ability to collect payments easily.
