Alright BP Nation...this week, I just came back from vacation where we saw the magnificent Niagara Falls and the Statue of Liberty.

Also,  i have only spoke to one real estate agent, and wondering if u should speak to multiple, or find other venues to also look, or if this would be in bad taste.

A Forum post is too small a venue to provide entrepreneurial education, but I can recommend this:First, rid yourself of the mindset which cuts corners to avoid spending.

Views are just as magnificent, and prices are much better. 

Add to that all the amusement parks, zoos, ocean, sports teams and venues, shopping, etc. and it's probably one of the top destinations for vacation getaways, as it's a very well rounded draw. 

I didn't raise as much from that venue as I have via BP, at a fraction of the cost.  

In that case maybe better for someone else to find the venue who is more familiar with these events and has attend one in the past
