Some places have dish washers, but I dislike those.

Hi BP,I'm a Korean citizen living in Korea looking to invest in real estate in Washington State (not DC). 

My name is Dustin and I'm trying to get started with my own investing career and would like to volunteer my time to anyone that needs help with any mundane tasks that you could stand to dish off to a newbie such as myself.

Dishes still on table, literally escaped in the middle of the night

You may see a property on the MLS that looks nice from the pictures, but if you do a drive by you'll see the surrounding properties are C- to D ish.

At least I enjoy doing the dishes.

The city came out and cut it and charged for it, since it wasn't paid, they foreclosed.When i stepped in the house It looked like the people left for a weekend and never returned.fridge was full of food/sink was full of dishes/closet full of clothes/etc. beds/couches/armoire/dressers/old videotel computer/old 3 channel tvsome i was able to sell on craigslist other things  donated/scrappedit was a task getting it cleaned out.

For a few hundred dollars a year, you have the peace of mind that you're not going to have to dish out thousands when that dishwasher, AC, furnace, microwave, or whatever goes out. 

Not a dirty dish in sight.
