How's the market in San Diego/Inland Empire?

I'd love to sell part of our 8 building / 34 unit "mini empire" but the first thing everyone asks is "will you do seller financing" and frankly I just don't want to.

I’m just waiting to land that next deal and expand my buy and hold empire (insert Dr evil laugh, but not evil).

Hi Vincent,My family and I recently moved out to Costa Mesa, however, we lived in the Inland Empire for approximately 15 years before moving out here.

If you go into the inland empire the prices are lower and almost all of my flips are sold to buyers with 1% down, 3.5% down or 100% financing.

The property is located in the Inland Empire, San Bernardino area.
