So basicly, if you know the preferences of each engine, you can design accordingly and then hopefully it will improve a sites positioning in the search engines.But designing for more than one means catering to all of the ones you are targeting as far as their likes and dislikes.

Thinking of buying out the heir, but I dislike being the PR.

I've been trying to convince her that we can afford a lot more house outside of the the city but she does not want to be stuck in a development where every house looks the same... are there any neighborhoods in DFW area that you'd recommend for a person who dislikes suburbs?
