Obviously, I'll want to set aside some of that for Cap Ex, etc. but I'm pretty confident it would be cash flow positive if I'm able to rent it based on my building's list/rules.Based on takes from @Crystal Smith @Jonathan Klemm It seems like I should research a FHA + HELOC vs. 203k loan approach and what the cost/benefit is on those two approaches.
