It would be difficult to get any inquiries for MTR with an empty property even if you note that it will be furnished because they don’t know what “furnished” is going to look like (style, comfort level, etc.)’If your ideal target market is travel nurses I would start there.

For example, if every lake cabin within 20 miles of yours listed on Airbnb seems super rustic and dated and "northwoodsy" (for lack of a better term), is there an opportunity for you to skew more modern in your STR design/style to help capture bookings with guests who are looking for that kind of aesthetic?

That way we are fully open and honest with them and if they dont feel comfortable with that they can opt out.  ....and if something did happen they are on record of agreeing to let us use that style of showing.
