It would be difficult to get any inquiries for MTR with an empty property even if you note that it will be furnished because they don’t know what “furnished” is going to look like (style, comfort level, etc.)’If your ideal target market is travel nurses I would start there.

That way we are fully open and honest with them and if they dont feel comfortable with that they can opt out. ....and if something did happen they are on record of agreeing to let us use that style of showing.

You compromised your lendability by taking write-offs to show you didn't make much so in a bank's eyes, you didn't make much.Any alternatives that are come here (sub to, seller finance) aren't realistic for a regular home buyer.
