I would look over and calculate your demo debris carefully, if your talking multiple loads, bagsters going to add up pretty quickly.

@Nam Hoang You night need an asbestos specialist to take that out most demo companies won’t do it.

As in, they’re actively searching for owners out of state, checking to see if their properties are vacant, then immediately slating them for demo at your expense. 

If your walls are already drywall it may be better to demo and re-install, especially if you're handy with drywall.

So, use a breathable wall system like lap siding and tyvek, or something equivalent.A benefit of doing this is increasing the R-value of the walls by a little bit and keeps demo costs down.
