The process was simple, we used Upwork and Fiverr to find 3-4 potential editors.

Find local specialist in your area is huge.2. close to public transportation.

Allegheny county (which is the County the actual city is in) has actually closed their voucher program to new recipients and are supposedly backed up on a 2 year+ waitlist to process what is in the queue.

What blew my mind through this process is how people calculate returns.

Yes they were great to work with and all and all it was not a bad process. 

Replatting and renovating could definitely add value, but working with someone who knows the local zoning and permitting processes will be key.
